COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council will be asked to approve a design development services agreement for the Heritage Park Splash Pad on Monday night.
The agreement between the city and PM Blough Incorporated of Grand Haven is not to exceed $24,250.
Under terms of a state grant, the city is required to have a designated design professional to assist in preparation and review of the final design.
The city plans to bid the spray equipment which will allow manufacturers to submit their own designs.
It’s hoped the splash pad, which will be built at the site of the former Heritage Park pool, will be ready by next Memorial Day.
