GRAND RAPDS, MI (WTVB) – A Union City man who admitted he was involved in child pornography will be off the streets for a long time.
30-year-old Erin Mal Killey was ordered to serve 30 years in a federal prison Tuesday in a U.S. District courtroom in Grand Rapids after he pled guilty last October to charges of owning, producing and distributing child pornography.
The Battle Creek Enquirer reports Killey was sentenced for taking sexually explicit pictures of a seven year old girl he was babysitting.
He was arrested and charged after he e-mailed the pictures to an undercover investigator.
Union City Police and the FBI were involved in the investigation.
