COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Property Manager Kimberly Van Horn announced on social media Monday morning that the building which will be known as the Lofts at Milnes Plaza is now open.
She said tours of the apartments are now being scheduled. Because of COVID-19, they will not be conducting walk in tours. Those who are interested are asked to e-mail lofts@fairfieldhomesohio.com or call (517) 317-8840.
Van Horn says they still have openings for two bedroom apartments at $735 a month with most utilities included.
Meanwhile, Coldwater City Manager Keith Baker reported to the City Council on Monday night that the contractor is trying to get the lot and alley paved yet this fall but to do so, some aspects of the alley and parking lot construction have had to be delayed until the spring.
Baker added concrete sidewalk, curb island and landscaping work still needs to be completed and that the parking lot lighting is scheduled to be installed during the first week of December.
Construction started in July of 2019. Work was stopped in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic but workers were back on the job in May when restrictions were eased by the state.
