BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – While the number of new COVID-19 cases has slowed down in Branch County over the last week, there were four more COVID-19 related deaths reported.
The Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency report on Friday showed that Branch County now has the most COVID-19 deaths in the jurisdiction with 55 followed by Hillsdale County with 50 and St. Joseph County with 44.
Branch County has had 50 COVID-19 related deaths since the first of October.
The 21 new cases reported in Branch County on Friday were among 104 reported last Monday through Friday. Branch County has had 2,604 confirmed COVID-19 cases since last March.
