BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – A pair of Branch County high school football players have earned honorable mentions on the 2020 Michigan Associated Press Division Seven and Eight All-State football team.
Earning honorable mentions were Quincy lineman Kyler Economou and Bronson linebacker Craig Tappenden.
The team was picked by a panel of 11 media members from across Michigan.
Area players who made the first team included Homer wide receiver Damaso LeBron and Reading defensive back Dilon Denison.
Second team members included Homer wide receiver Lowyind Pullen.
Besides Economou and Tappenden, other honorable mentions included quarterback Porter Mauk of Reading and running back Jackson Crotser of Mendon,
