Robert Carlton “Bob” Finley, 90, of Quincy passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Promedica Coldwater Regional Hospital. He was born April 10, 1930 in Quincy to Mark and Lavirl (Williams) Finley.
Robert graduated from Quincy High School and went on to serve his country in the US Army in Korea. He was known as a handy man around Marble Lake where he would mow lawns and do odd jobs for people. He loved yard sales and working in his flower beds. Bob always kept busy and was very social. He also mentored many young children in the area that he would become so close he considered family.
Survivors include three brothers, Raymond Finley, Roland (Joanne) Finley and Roy (Cheryl) Finley; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Ralph, Ronald and Richard.
Graveside services with military honors will be held Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Lakeview Cemetery in Quincy with Pastor Darrin Brown officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy.
