The latest report from the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency shows the last day Branch County had new cases in double digits was back on January 28.
Branch and Calhoun Counties were among 42 counties in Michigan that were at Level A which is the fifth highest metric used by the M.D.H.H.S. to determine the risk of contracting the virus. Calhoun County’s positivity rate was six-point-seven percent.
St. Joseph and Hillsdale Counties had higher positivity rates and were at Level B.
Hillsdale County’s positivity rate was at 7-point-5 percent while St. Joseph County was at nine-point-six percent.
