DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Robby Fabbri notched a hat trick as the Detroit Red Wings slipped past the Dallas Stars 3-2 Thursday night.
Fabbri scored in each period to stake the Wings to a 3-0 lead. He now has nine goals on the season.
Jonathan Bernier stopped all 22 shots he saw before a second-period injury. Thomas Greiss came on in relief and stopped 16-of-18 shots.
Roope Hintz and Jason Dickinson scored in the third to get Dallas close. The Stars have lost 15-of-19.
