COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Thanks to a partnership between the Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph Community Health Agency and the Branch District Library, the health agency’s mobile clinic will be offering COVID-19 vaccine clinics.
The mobile clinic will be available at the Branch District Library’s Quincy branch at 11 North Main Street this Tuesday from 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m. and at the Coldwater branch at 10 East Chicago on Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m..
The mobile clinic will partner with the Bronson branch during the Polish Festival in downtown Bronson on July 16 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m..
“We are offering the Pfizer vaccine to anyone 12 and older in anticipation of schools and sports starting in August and September.”, said Kali Nichols, Director of Personal Health and Disease Prevention.
Anyone between the ages of 12 and 18 will need a parent or guardian present to consent to vaccine. Second dose clinic days are already planned for all three branches.
Nichols adds for those who want a single dose option they also offer Johnson & Johnson vaccine to anyone over the age of 18.
Patrons will be able to walk in for vaccination, but the health agency will also offer scheduled appointments.
