COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Southern Michigan Bank & Trust (SMB&T) recently announced they were raising their minimum hourly wage for employees to $15 per hour.
Chair and CEO John Castle says, “Providing the best work environment possible will remain at the forefront of our decision making as we continue to grow responsibly. Offering a living wage can be the difference between a job and a career, and as a leading employer in the community it is our responsibility to provide these opportunities to the best of our ability.”
