DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – After only having one representative in Tuesday night’s Major League Baseball All Star Game, the Detroit Tigers will resume the second half of the season by hosting Minnesota for a day/night doubleheader Friday. The first game starts at 2:10 p.m., with the nightcap at 7:10 p.m.
The Tigers are 40-51 on the season, while the Twins are 39-50. Detroit was swept in a four game series at Minnesota just before the All Star break.
