UNION CITY, MI (WTVB) – The Union City Chamber of Commerce says it’s that time in Union City again to select and honor two residents for the Citizen of the Year Award.
Ballots boxes are at Jack’s Grocery and Miller’s Pharmacy until September 14th.
Residents should be nominated who voluntarily contribute to making the Union City community better.
A resident can only hold the honor once.
You can see the plaque at the Village Office listing the names of previous Citizens of the Year which is a tradition that goes back to 1980.
The awards will be given at the Farm to Fork Celebration on September 25th.
