GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Meijer will offer free N95 masks to its customers when they enter store locations, according to an official announcement Monday.
Officials say the provisions are made possible through participation with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ free mask program.
Meijer has received an estimated three million masks, which will be available at no charge to customers.
The N95 masks will be in boxes set on a table near the Meijer Greeter stand of the grocery entrance.
The Greeter, who will be wearing gloves, will place the N95 masks in piles of three for the customers to take.
