Coldwater’s Galloway fires an 80 to take second place individually at Western Invitational

JACKSON, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater’s varsity golf team participated in the Western Invitational on Monday at Arbor Hills and finished fifth with a team score of 358.

Lumen Christi won the meet with a team score of 334.

Coldwater was led by Jett Galloway, whose round of 80 was good enough for second place overall.

Talan Eberts shot an 89, Brady Arver had a 92, Kyle Sheppard carded a 97 and Rayce Johnson shot a 100 to round out Coldwater’s scoring.

Coldwater will next play in the Interstate 8 Conference Championship this Thursday in Battle Creek at the Bedford Valley Golf Course.
