COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce is inviting everyone to attend a ribbon cutting for the Sultan Palace at 36 West Pearl in Coldwater on Thursday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.
Those who attend will be able to walk through the renovated 4,300 square feet building which has become the area’s newest remodeled event venue.
It can be used for weddings, graduations, or parties.
The building used to house the Coldwater Post Office and was also known as Kilgore International.
It features a 1,200 square foot mezzanine overlooking the core of the first floor.
This property has unique architecture and entry flooring, very high ceilings, a full-size basement, and its own loading dock.
There are two entrances on Pearl Street and South Monroe. The building is situated in the corner of the newly renovated Chandler parking lot and has several of its own parking spaces.
