EAST LANSING, MI (WTVB) – The last day of the 2022-23 high school sports schedule in Michigan will see a total of 8 state champions crowned in baseball and softball, along with the final two state champions in girls soccer, with all the games taking place at MSU’s Old College Park area. In yesterday’s girls soccer finals:
- Division 2: Grosse Pointe North 3, East Grand Rapids 2 (SO)
- Division 3: Hudsonville Unity Christian 3, Grosse Ile 0
Today’s games:
- Division 4: Kalamazoo Christian vs Clarkston Everest Collegiate, 1 p.m.
- Division 1: Hudsonville vs Rochester Hills Stoney Creek, 4 p.m.
Mendon will be playing for the Division 4 Softball title this afternoon at 3pm after doubling up Johannesburg-Lewiston 2-1 yesterday in their Semifinal game. The Hornets will face top-ranked Unionville-Sebawaing, who beat Mount Pleasant Sacred Heart 4-2. In yesterday’s Division 3 Semifinals, Standish-Sterling pounded Ravenna 10-1, while Ottawa Lake Whiteford shut out Laingsburg 8-0.

- Division 1: Brownstown Woodhaven vs Hartland, 12:30 p.m.
