COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Three promotions have been announced by the Coldwater Fire Department.
Eric Sherman has been promoted to Captain, Paul Searing is now a Lieutenant and Aaron Cutler moves up to Driver/Operator.
Sherman began his career with the Coldwater Fire Department as a part-paid firefighter in January 2003. He has moved up the ranks from firefighter to Lieutenant and now to the position of Captain.
Searing has over 23 years of experience in the Fire Service and has been with the Coldwater Fire Department for seven years. He is the former Chief of the Lakeland Fire Department.
Cutler started his Fire Service career with the Bronson Fire Department in 2019. He was hired as full-time firefighter with the Coldwater Fire Department in April 2021.
