BRANCH COUNTY, MI (WTVB) – It’s time to start handing out diplomas to graduating Branch County high school seniors.
Commencement ceremonies are set to take place on Sunday afternoon at Quincy High School and at Coldwater High School.
The 144th graduation ceremony at Quincy High School will start at 2:00 p.m. at the football field.
The Class of ’24 will have 88 graduates. This year’s Quincy Senior Scholars are Ella Worden, Nathan Richer, Kaylee Modert and Elly Brewer.
A Quincy tradition that goes back to 1898 will continue on Sunday with the passing of the Cane from 2024 Class President Lily Weber to the 2025 Class President Charlotte Crabbs .
Commencement ceremonies for the 157th graduating class from Coldwater High School will take place at 5:00 p.m. at Cardinal Field.
The Class of ’24 had 22 Senior Scholars. The Valedictorian and the Salutatorian will be announced during Sunday’s Commencement Exercises.
Bronson’s graduation ceremony will take place next Thursday, May 23 at 7:00 p.m. Graduation ceremonies at Union City will be on June 2 at 2:00 p.m..
