LANSING, MI (WTVB) – A native of Sherwood will be among 54 new Michigan State Police troopers getting their badges on Friday.
Dakotah Spidle will be sworn in by State Police Director Colonel James Grady the second during a 1:00 p.m. graduation ceremony at the Lansing Center.
Spidle is part of the 145th Trooper Recruit School that spent nearly 1,200 hours of hands-on, lecture and scenario-based instruction in a dozen categories at the MSP’s residential training academy.
Spidle will be assigned to the Paw Paw post. The Marshall post will be getting two graduates. Assigned to that post will be Danile Butcher of Wheeler and Anastasia Mohler of Dearborn.
