After brief respite, gas prices back up in Branch County

COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – After a brief dip Monday following the July 4th holiday weekend, gas prices are back up across Branch County and the region.

Yesterday morning gas prices ranged from $3.44 to $3.49 per gallon around Coldwater., with similar prices at gas stations in Bronson and Quincy. By Tuesday afternoon though, the average price around the county was back up to $3.70 per gallon.

The statewide average for a gallon of unleaded regular also went back up to $3.63. It had been $3.56 Monday morning.
