COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater’s season came to an end on Tuesday as they finished tenth at the Division Two, Region 10 meet that the Cardinals hosted at the Coldwater Golf Course.
Coldwater had a team score of 448. McKinley Earles led the Cardinals with a round of 99. Harper Anglin fired a 111 while Julianna Cowles carded a 114, Drew Sharpley had a 124 and Claire Hawver had a 125.
What arguably was the toughest Regional in the State this year with four of the top 10 teams in the State vying for three slots to advance to the MHSAA Lower Peninsula Finals. Top-ranked Dexter won the regional title with a score of 341. Mason was second with a 353 while South Lyon was third with a 356.
Among those who qualified as an individual for the Lower Peninsula Finals was Madison Webb of Sturgis who fired a 83.
