COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Nine seniors on the Coldwater Cardinal bowling team were honored Thursday afternoon during Senior Night at Midway Lanes.
The Seniors honored during their last home high school meet were:

The Cardinals managed to sweep the Jackson Northwest Mounties in an Interstate 8 match.
The Coldwater Varsity Girls handed the Mounties their first league loss of the season taking a 17 to 13 win. The Cards took game one 698 to 686, dropped the second game 766 to 771, taking totals 1,464 to 1,457. They split the Baker games, winning game one 148 to 129, losing game two 149 to 134, taking totals 282 to 278 to secure the win. The girls were led by Kylie Cook with games of 205 and 183, and Ashlyn Cleckner with a 164.

The Coldwater Varsity Boys took their match 18 to 12. Winning game one, 920 to 790, dropping game two, 850 to 885, taking totals 1,770 to 1,675. The match came down to the Baker games. There was a 181 tie in the first game but the Cards took game two 198 to 123, taking totals 379 to 304. The boys were led by Brady Hawver with a 227, Kameron Corwin a 205, Kahle Weis a 198 and Vinnie Beekman a 191.
The JV team had a convincing win 21 to 9, completing the sweep for the Cards in their final home meet of the Season.
Also in Branch County bowling on Thursday, Bronson swept Quincy as the Vikings won the boys meet 17-13 and the girls meet 21-9.
