Carol M. Kirkum, 90, of Bronson passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at Drew’s Place of Coldwater.
A funeral service will be held, Monday, April 14, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Dutcher Funeral Home in Bronson.
Visitation will take place prior to the service from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Following the service interment will be at Bronson City Cemetery.
Carol was born on March 7, 1935, in Albion to William and Beulah (Coxon) Brodock. She later met and married Alvin Kirkum on Nov. 11th, 1976.
Carol attended Lockwood Community Church. She enjoyed many things including camping, gardening and cooking for family. Carol loved many things, but ice cream was her favorite. She always looked forward to the time she was able to spend with her family, especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Carol is survived by her children Larry (Sally) Lindsey of Bronson; Jan (Mike) Weatherbee of Centerville; John (Julia) Lindsey of Bronson; Dave (Kim) Lindsey of Bronson; daughter in law Becky Moise; her brother Harold Brodock; her grandchildren Chad; Lisa; Corita; Amy; Robin; Lacie; Adam; Jonathan; Jacie; Dustin; Lorinda; Cody; Cayne; Colt; 28 great grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Alvin Kirkum; her son Bradley Lindsey; and infant daughter Susan Kay Lindsey; her sister Virgie Wilson; her brother Leon Brodock; and brother and sister in laws Lloyd Wilson; Joan Brodock; and Lorraine Brodock.
