COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The Coldwater City Council approved the installation of a Branch District Library StoryWalk in Waterworks Park Monday night.
It was earlier approved by the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities Board of Directors.
It would be similar to the StoryWalks at Heritage Park and in the Quincy Park.
The Story Walk in Waterworks Park will include 18 picture book display signs along a walking path.
The library hope to change the story lines four times a year.
The library has been working with Altrursa International of Branch County to fund and maintain the StoryWalk project.
It’s hoped the signs will be ready for public viewing by the middle of May.
