COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Just days after a bathroom at the Quincy Village Park was damaged, vandals struck at the newly reopened bathroom at Coldwater’s Parkhurst Park.
The small bathroom next to the pickleball courts and Kids Kingdom just off Grand Street was closed for the winter and just reopened Tuesday. A short time later, mirrors were broken, doors on the stalls were torn off, and graffiti was painted on the walls.
Security cameras to provide surveillance in the area are planned, but haven’t been installed yet.
