COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Bright sunshine and warm temperatures greeted car participants and spectators for the revamped Branch County Car Show and Swap Meet at the fairgrounds in Coldwater Saturday.
Over 800 show cars and motorcycles attended this year’s show, which had been in doubt until several months ago when the Branch County Fair board and community volunteers stepped up to keep the 37th edition of the show alive this year.
Because of the late start in organizing this year’s show, several events from years past were missing, including the annual car cruise and the muffler rap. Committee members say they will be looking into whether to bring them back next year.
