COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) -If you have Coldwater Board of Public Utilities internet service and can’t connect this morning, you’re not alone.
CBPU Director Paul Jakubczak says they lost their main internet provider feed Thursday in the storms, and then lost their back-up feed late Friday night.
He says they are working with both providers to restore service, but have no time frame yet.



It would be great and very customer service focused if CBPU would have a message on their webpage or better yet, a recorded message customers could hear when we called in to the main number. I’m pretty sure other telecommunication companies make this a practice. Again, it’s called being customer service focused.
