COLDWATER, MI (WTVB)- Michigan’s average price for gasoline a week away from Memorial Day is up 12-
cents a gallon. Triple-A Michigan says it is now at three-dollars-18 cents per gallon, the same as a month ago, but 38 cents less than heading into the Memorial Day holiday a year ago.
The most expensive gas is being sold in Lansing at three- dollars-28 cents, and Traverse City has the lowest average price at two-dollars-95 cents.
A check of prices around Branch County this morning revealed slightly higher pump prices than the state average, Branch County drivers are paying around 3.21 a gallon.
