William Henry Kubiac, 75, of Quincy passed away at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana Friday, June 13, 2025.
A memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy.
He was born in Coldwater to Harry and Dorothy (Husk) Kubiac September 5, 1949. He married Janice Williams January 4, 1969 and she survives.
Bill graduated from Coldwater High School in the class of 1967. He proudly served in the United States Army serving in Vietnam in 1970 and was awarded the bronze star.
He was employed at Quality Spring Togo for more than 40 years until his retirement.
He was a longtime member of the Branch County Amateur Radio Club and was also a lifetime member of the NRA. He enjoyed traveling with his wife all throughout the USA. He was a man of many interests and enjoyed playing the banjo and was a talented photographer.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Janice Kubiac; two daughters, Jennifer (Andrew) Poling, and Angela (Jeff) Miller; one brother, Robert (Abigail) Kubiac, seven grandchildren, Zach Miller, Brandon Miller, Ashley Miller, Justin Miller, Austin (Emily) Poling, Allison Poling, and Samantha Poling; and great-grandchildren, Nathan and Morgan Poling.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
