Corey Dean Moore, 34, of Bronson, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2025 at his home.
Cremation will take place with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater.
He was born July 15, 1990 to Mark and Michelle (Pelz) Moore in Ft. Wayne, IN. Corey worked as an industrial painter and first and foremost, a man devoted to his family.
Corey found his joys in playing the bass guitar as a member of his band, playing video games, and held a strong desire to always learn more, especially learning more about physics, our universe, and beyond. With Corey’s dedication to science, he believed everything on earth and in space is made of the same material, and would often express that, “we are all just stardust.”
Above all else, Corey cherished and loved his family and the many memories they made and shared together.
Corey leaves behind his mother Michelle (Carl) Moore of St. Joe, IN; his life partner of 18 years, Whitley Craig of Bronson; his siblings Eric (Ashley Wright) Rapp of Ocala, FL, David Moore of St. Joe, IN, Kaylee (Zach Gibson) Moore of Waterloo, IN, Andrew Moore of St. Joe, IN; his grandparents David (Arlene) Pelz of Ft. Wayne, IN; his niece Mayla Bowers; his sister-in-law Cynthia Lowe; many loving cousins and his beloved German Shepherd Reginald.
He was preceded in death by his father Mark Moore, his grandmother Kay Moore, and his soul cat Maxwell Silverhammer.
