Lynn Anne Topping, 69, of Quincy, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Quincy Union Church with Pastor Brad Parrish officiating.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home-George White Chapel in Quincy. Interment will take place in Oak Grove Cemetery at a later date.
She was born August 16, 1956 in Coldwater to John Noble and Sharon (Denbrock) Otis. Lynn married Richard Topping on November 5, 2016 and he survives.
Lynn graduated from Coldwater High School in 1985. She went on to get her CNA certification and was employed at the Laurels formerly the Carriage-Inn. Lynn loved to laugh and to have a good time. She was often behind many pranks. Some would say she was stubborn and spoiled, but she knew what she wanted. She loved her baths at night and her nightgowns.
Lynn was a women of many talents, she loved knitting and crocheting blankets and cooking-she could fry anything even dandelions. Many people turned to Lynn for her online ministry, as she was known as a mighty prayer warrior. Most of all she loved her children fiercely, and was the glue to the family, keeping everyone together.
In addition to her husband, Richard, whom she loved dearly, Lynn was survived by her mother, Sharon Otis; children, Jodi (Lamont) Gray, Brian (Lorelei) Vettel, Timothy Bryan, Sean (Nicole) Bryan, Hannah (Megan) Thompson, Robert Day; two sisters, Tia (Bob) Tobolske, Judi (John) Springhall; one brother, Bill (Wanda) Oxenger and nine grandchildren, Asia, Andrew, Max, Chase, Mason, Connor, Kaleb, Harper and Maverick. She was also survived by her special life-long best friend, Cheryl Heater and many nieces, nephews as well as many friends and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her father John Noble.
