COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Randall Hazelbaker was unanimously re-elected as the Chair for the Branch County Board of Commissioners during their annual organizational meeting on Thursday morning.
It will be the second straight year Hazelbaker has served as the Board Chair. He previously served as the Chair in 2021 and was first elected as a County Commissioner in 2010.
Tim Stoll had been the Chair between 2022 and 2024. He was once again chosen as Vice Chair. There were no other candidates for the two positions.
Commissioners also agreed to keep the meeting schedule the same for the next year. Regular meetings have been held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 4:30 p.m. with work sessions being held on the Thursdays before a regular meeting.
There were also no changes in the Commissioners liaison assignments.
