COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The City of Coldwater is calling on property owners to tidy up their yards and porches as part of an ongoing initiative to maintain local standards.
Residents are both encouraged and required by law to remove junk, inoperable vehicles, and miscellaneous debris from their premises.

You don’t need an HOA in Coldwater because the city is becoming an HOA themselves. I understand visible junk cars in the front yards but no parking between 2-6 an and no signs that says that. They are getting ridiculous and yet Coldwater seems more Ghetto then ever. They should concentrate on drugs etc not asthetics. They are like the pharisees who clean the outside of the cup but the inside is still dirty
