MARSHALL, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater finished fifth at the first Interstate 8 boys golf jamboree of the season Tuesday at the Marshall Country Club. The Cardinals had a team score of 327. Parma Western edged Marshall by one stroke, 305 to 306, to win the jamboree.
Coldwater was led by Dracyn Foster, who finished in the top ten individually with his round of 80. Colten Calhoun was right behind him with an 81, good for a four-way tie for 11th. Braydon Wilkins had an 82, and Jack Aker fired an 84 to complete the team score.
The Cardinals will be back in action Thursday at the PGA REACH Invitational, hosted by Hillsdale Academy at MSU’s Forest Akers East Golf Course.
