BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – the Bronson City Council has approved a series of major upgrades for the Kiwanis Park restroom building.
Driven by a commitment to enhancing public spaces, the city sought estimates to overhaul the aging facility, which has seen heavily increased foot traffic following recent additions like a new baseball field, a new basketball court, and a brand-new playground structure.
The approved project focuses on an extensive renovation of both the exterior and interior of the park’s central bathroom facilities.

Local contractor Builders Unlimited secured the project after submitting the lowest bid of $9,344.00, edgeing out a $10,270.00 estimate from Hershberger Construction.
The comprehensive transformation will provide the facility with durable new exterior metal siding, a matching metal roof, new doors, and updated interior wallboards and ceilings.
Modernized interior fixtures will also be installed to better accommodate the community, bringing the building’s aesthetic and utility in line with the vibrant, newly upgraded recreation areas surrounding it.
