GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Grand Rapids police say 18-year-old Christopher Garcia-Puenta will be charged with second-degree murder, reckless driving causing death and operating while intoxicated causing death.
Garcia-Puenta was arrested in Iowa last week and is awaiting being extradited to Kent County to be charged.
He is accused of a deadly drunk driving crash in May that caused the death of 28-year-old Sara Kate Langejans.
