COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The flu bug continues to bite in Southwest Michigan.
The Children’s Museum of Branch County was forced to shut down on Thursday due to illness. It plans to reopen with regular business hours Friday.
The Branch Intermediate School District Waldron Center campus was closed for a second straight day Thursday due to illness. The closure included the Dorothy Legg Center and Pathways.
Bronson were forced to close last Friday because of the number of students and staff that got sick. The district reopened Monday after the district buildings got a good scrubbing.
Kalamazoo Schools decided to join Comstock and cancel classes for the rest of the week because of the growing number of children who had come down with viral infections. Also closing Thursday due to illness were schools in Parchment , Delton-Kellogg, Galesburg-Augusta and Hastings.
