QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – Quincy almost pulled out a miracle comeback after being down by 13 points entering the final quarter but they lost to Homer 42-41. Madison Hinds hit a triple to tie the game with about five seconds to go but the Orioles committed a foul and Rylie Lowder hit one of two at the line with three seconds left to give the Trojans the win. Lowder finished with a game-high 17 points. Katie Rathbun led the Orioles with 16 points while Hinds had 12 points and 13 rebounds. Quincy is now 7-7 overall and 3-6 in the Big 8.
