Four new members of the Quincy High School Hall of Fame were formally inducted on Friday night. The new inductees are:
1963 graduate Richard Hartley, who played football, basketball and baseball for the Orioles and 10 varsity letters. He was the first Quincy athlete to receive the Varsity Club Athlete of the Year Award.
1982 graduate Todd Strane, who earned ten varsity letters in golf, basketball, baseball and track. He later had a 15 year career as a professional golfer and published a golf magazine.
1978 graduate Randy Houtz, who earned 10 varsity letters in football, basketball, track and baseball. He was later recognized for his work as an official and was selected as a member of the MHSAA Hall of Honor for his 40 years of service.
2003 graduate Joe Weaver, who was an outstanding athlete in basketball and track. He finished second in the state in the shot put and was a member of four straight undefeated track teams.
