ALLEN PARK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Lions have released defensive back Daryl Worley.
Worley signed with Detroit’s practice squad and appeared in two games this season including Sunday’s loss to Los Angeles. He got beat on a third-and-12 play which resulted in a 59-yard pass completion for the Rams.
Worley had just replaced rookie nickel-back AJ Parker who left the game with a shoulder injury.
