PRAGUE (Reuters) – Slovakia’s government will decide on Thursday on tighter restrictions which will be put in place for three weeks to deal with a surge of COVID-19 cases that has put hospitals in a critical situation, Prime Minister Eduard Heger said on Tuesday.
