COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Tosha Hower was recently named the Community Health Center of Branch County (CHC) July Employee of the month. She has been an employee of CHC since April 2002. Tosha is a cook in the dietary department. She is responsible for cooking, menu planning, developing the production planning, ordering supplies, and placing food orders for patients, the cafeteria, and special functions. She has been Serv Safe certified since 2005. She plans to return to school in the next year to pursue her CDM certification in dietary management.
Tasha is an excellent representative of CHC. According to her nominator, “It is vital to the dietary department to have a reliable employee open the kitchen and start cooking breakfast for patients and cafeteria patrons, and that employee is Tosha Hower.
Tosha lives in Bronson with her husband of eight years, Jason. They have three children, Haylee, Deegan and Reagan. She enjoys traveling, singing karaoke, kayaking, spending time with her family, and attending her children’s sporting events.
Tosha is a very caring person, enthusiastically helps in all areas of the department and for all of these reasons she is deserving of the Employee of the Month award.
