ANAHEIM, CA (WKZO AM/FM) – Pat Verbeek has been named the new general manager of the Anaheim Ducks.
Verbeek had spent the last three seasons as assistant general manager of the Detroit Red Wings and also served as GM of the Grand Rapids Griffins this year.
He had a 20-year career in the NHL, including a stint with Detroit from 1999-2001.
