(Reuters) – Low-cost carrier Frontier Group Holdings Inc asked Spirit Airlines Inc to extend the shareholder vote on Frontier’s proposed merger deal until July 27, according to a letter dated Sunday.
“We still remain very far from obtaining approval from Spirit stockholders based on the proxy data we received as of July 8, 2022,” Frontier said in the letter.
