ANGOLA, IN (WTVB) – A man who said he was homeless was injured Tuesday morning after the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department says he crashed a stolen vehicle just south of Angola.
The rollover accident happened at about 5:00 a.m. as the driver of the vehicle, 26-year-old Jordan Elkins, was on old Old 27.
Elkins was taken to Cameron Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
He was taken to the Steuben County Jail on charges of auto theft, operating while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia.
