Bucklin captures 400 and 800 races as Bronson track competes at Leslie Invitational

LESLIE, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson Vikings track teams competed on Saturday at the 12 school Leslie Invitational with the boys finishing fifth while the girls were ninth in the final team standings.

Bronson’s Boston Bucklin won the boys 400 and 800 meter races and was third in the high jump. Steve Wilson was second in the 300 hurdles.

Bucklin, Aden Hathaway, Perry Lake and Hugo Barajas finished second in the 3200 relay.

Jaiden Hayes was second in girls 100 and third in the 300 hurdles.
