MASON, MI (WTVB) – The season came to an end for the Coldwater girls soccer team as they lost to host Mason 5-0 in the M.H.S.A.A. Division Two district semi-finals on Wednesday night.
The match was originally scheduled for Tuesday night but was postponed until Wednesday due to inclement weather.
Mason showed why they have only lost one game this season as they dominated the match.
Mason scored two goals in the first half and three more in the second half to advance to the district final where they will face Marshall.
The Cardinals finished their season with a record of 7-10-3.
