COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Coldwater Interim City Manager Keith Baker will soon have the “interim” tag taken off his title. Following a closed session for evaluation, the Coldwater City Council unanimously approved appointing Baker the permanent City Manager effective this Saturday.
Baker has been the Interim City Manager since January 1, 2017 after Jeff Budd stepped down to take an Assistant Director’s position with the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities. Budd had been City Manager for seven years.
