HILLSDALE, MI (WTVB) – The case of a Coldwater woman, who along with three children were injured in a traffic accident last July in Hillsdale County’s Allen Township, has been bound over to Hillsdale County Circuit Court.
26-year-old Kathrynne Lee Fidler of Coldwater is facing two counts of Operating Under the Influence Causing Serious Injury, Possession of Methamphetamine and Use of a Controlled Substance. The Hillsdale Daily News reports she waived her preliminary exam this week in Hillsdale County District Court.
Fidler is scheduled to appear for a Circuit Court arraignment January 7, 2019. Her bond has been set at $85,000.
The Hillsdale County Sheriff’s Department reported the accident happened on Arkansaw Road near Duck Lake Road.
Fidler’s pickup wound up on its passenger side against a tree after it rolled over.
The Allen Township Fire Department said at the time that two of the children, ages six and four, were flown by helicopter to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Fidler and an eight-month-old were taken by ambulance to Hillsdale Hospital. The oldest child was uninjured.
