COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – Thanks to the efforts of dozens of volunteers who gave up a portion of their Christmas holiday, the Coach Eby Youth and Family Center in Coldwater was able to host over 100 people Tuesday for a special Neighborhood Community Christmas Dinner.
Board President Kathy Alger said volunteers began setting up Christmas Eve, with the dinner served Christmas Day from 12 noon-2:00 p.m.
Singles, couples, and families all dined free of charge, and also received goodie bags.
A similar dinner was also hosted by the Coach Eby Youth and Family Center Thanksgiving Day.
